Itinerary
Day 1 :
Srinagar Hotel Stay
Arrive Srinagar Welcome to the Srinagar, The Lake City. On arrival at Srinagar Airport, being your tour of 'Exotic Kashmir'. Evening you will reach at Hotel take rest. Overnight stay at the Hotel
Day 2 :
Local sightseeing of Srinagar
Today after breakfast you can go for local sightseeing- Nishant Garden, Shalimar Garden , Chasme shahi, after spend 3-4 hrs for these sightseeing come back to Hotel overnight in Hotel
Day 3 :
Excursion to Sonamarg (80 kms / approx. 3 hour drive)
Today you embark on a full day excursion to the picturesque 'meadow of gold’ Sonomarg. The fast flowing Sindh river makes it popular for trout and mahseer fishing in summer. You can opt for a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in snow and ice (by your own payment). Return to the Hotel in Srinagar in the evening and enjoy comfortable Note: The vehicle will drop and pick you up at Sonomarg car stand. To reach the glaciers, you can hire ponies by your own payment basis.
Day 4 :
Sonmarg local market visit
Today after breakfast you can go for local market visit for shopping and all full day free for leisure overnight stay in sonmarg Hotel
Day 5 :
Srinagar to Gulmarg (125 kms / approx. 3-4 hour drive)
Early morning proceed to Gulmarg driving past willow trees, fast flowing streams and lush green meadows. Gulmarg - the meadow of flowers is an apt term for this idyllic flower-laden meadow offering a spectacular view of towering snow-capped peaks covered with dense forests of tall conifers and gigantic fir and pine trees. Stroll leisurely or take pony rides (by your own payment) across the green meadow to one of the world's highest Golf Course. A must is a fun-filled ride in the newly introduced Gondola lift (by your own payment). Overnight stay in Hotel Gulmarg and enjoy a comfortable stay at Hotel.
Day 6 :
Gulmarg visit
Today after breakfast you can for Again for Gondola ride/ 1st face or 2nd face enjoy the snow afternoon/evening get back to Hotel for overnight stay in Hotel
Day 7 :
Gulmarg - Pahalgam (92 kms / approx. 3½ to 4 Hrs hour drive)
Checkout from hotel & then early in the morning after breakfast leave for Pahalgam the 'valley of shepherds' which is situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from river Lidder and Sheeshnag lake. En route visit the Awantipura ruins, overnight stay in Pahalgam
Day 8 :
Pahalgam local sightseeing
After breakfast proceed to full day excursion of Pahalgam to visit the Chandanwari, Aru Vally. Also visit Betab Valley enjoy the bounty of Nature at Pahalgam by local union cab( our Cab will not allow for sightseeing), located on the bank of beautiful Lidder River, 1100 year old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and built by King Awantivarman. walk to Baisaren, which is about 2 km from Pahalgam. A small village set in pine and fir forest is pleasing and offers good view. Overnight stay at Hotel in Pahalgam.
